Ātman is a space for practice, silence, and inner growth. We combine live classes, a library of videos, meditations, and breathing exercises on Telegram to make the practice accessible anytime. It's not just yoga — it's a lifestyle and a path to yourself.
I'm a beginner. Will your platform be suitable for me?
Yes, of course! We have separate practices for beginners, explanations of basic asanas, breathing techniques, and meditations. You don't need to know anything - just join.
Can I join at any time?
Yes. Access to the platform opens immediately after subscription, and you can choose the time for practice yourself.
What do I need for classes?
A place at home, a mat, comfortable clothes — and some time for ourselves. We'll do the rest together.
Is there feedback from the instructor?

What types of internships are available?
Yoga (restorative, gentle, flowing), meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, master classes. There are short sessions of 10–20 minutes, and longer ones of 60 minutes.
Will there be live online classes?
Yes. We have regular live practices - you can practice with us, even from a distance.
How often is the content updated?
With new videos, exercises, and challenges added every week, you'll always have something to choose from.
Are there practices for people with limited physical fitness?
Yes, we have soft complexes, with special attention to the body, its limits and needs. Yoga is not about perfect form, but about contact with yourself.
How much does it cost to participate in the platform?
The subscription costs 15 euros per month. This is a fixed price for those who join now. The price will increase later, but yours will remain the same.
What is included in the subscription?
Live online practices, access to all videos and archives, meditations, breathing techniques, master classes and assignments. Everything - without restrictions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You are free to choose. You can cancel at any time, without obligation.
Is there a trial period?
There is no trial period, but the price is affordable enough that you can try it risk-free. And we are always open to feedback.
How do I join the first class?
After payment, you will receive a link to the Telegram platform. Everything is already waiting there: videos, instructions, schedule, community.
Do I need to prepare for the first lesson in any way?
Just find a quiet place, wear something comfortable, and press “play.” We’ll be right there.
What should I do if I don't have time for a live class?
All practices are recorded. You can go through them at any convenient time.

This is normal. There are no grades here. Your body is your teacher. And we only help you listen to it more carefully.
